Lisa and Ani discuss nutritional stress, eating with joy and finding balance. Ani's recent adventures in Thailand (as a guest of the Prince) has her craving Durian, and she questions the rumour she's heard of a Durian buffet in Toronto. Hopefully the dream of Durian will draw Ani to the city in the very near future.
