Today Lisa, Liam and John conduct a phone interview with Brenda Davis.  Brenda does a great job explaining Vitamin D's many benefits and how we can be sure to get our required dose. She answers all of our questions (mostly without us even having to ask!), including how much is enough and how much is too much.

Brenda also talks about her new book, Becoming Raw, and a forthcoming updated version of Becoming Vegan.

She finishes off by speaking about the remarkable work done in the Marshall Islands to help with their diabetes epidemic.
