Edible CityJoin Toronto Vegetarian Association's Executive Director, David Alexander, as he speaks about his piece "The Tofu Revolution: Toronto's Vegetarians from 1945 to 2009 and Beyond", featured in The Edible City.

The Edible City: Toronto's Food from Farm to Fork is a compilation of essays exploring Toronto's food scene. David Alexander and other contributors will be reading from and discussing their essays.

Where? Hart House Debates Room

When? Monday, March 1st at 7 pm
