Today John and Liam discuss their holidays. Liam talks about his experiences with his recently purchased Vegan With A Vegeance. John speaks about his experiences with vegetarian eating while traveling in Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, and Peru. John and Liam also talk about John's experiences with the treatment of dogs in South America.

The two also discuss:
- PETA's affiliation with Gilbert Arenas
- The Globe and Mail publishing an article questioning whether milk is good for children
- A proposal to put in an aquarium by the CN Tower
- New vegetarian restaurants in the Greater Toronto Area
