Stratford

Stratford is a small city in rural southwestern Ontario famous for its theatre shows and festivals. They have a vegan cafe there called Veg Out.

   Veg Out is Stratford's only vegan restaurant. Fresh made daily soups, salads, sandwiches, baked goods and fresh squeezed fruit/veggie juices. Popular menu items include: "fish" and chips, "chicken" Caesar salad, and sesame soba noodle salad. Daily specials are also available such as "shrimp" fettuccine alfredo and spanakopita. Relax on their patio, eat in, or take out.
   Spring/Summer hours are Tue-Thurs 11:30am-6pm and Fri/Sat 11:30am-8pm. Winter hours (Nov-Mar) are Tue-Thu 11:30am-4pm, Fri-Sat 11:30am-6pm. Closed Sun and Mon.
