Part of that transition, for many people, is learning to incorporate more plant-based foods into their diet, or perhaps eliminating meat/animal products all together. In this two hours workshop, we’ll be exploring vegetarian sources of protein, how to make your own milk substitutes, easy tips of making vegetarian and vegan meal more heart and filling and also discover ways to avoid using soy to replace everything.
