Discover how whole foods, herbs, therapeutic nutrition and the simplest of lifestyle practices can be used to heal chronic digestive conditions and diseases including Crohn’s Disease, Colitis and IBS. Meghan uses her personal story of healing from Crohn’s disease, along with her formal education in nutrition, yoga and meditation as inspiration in how we are capable of healing ‘incurable’ health challenges. Taking a holistic view of these chronic conditions and diseases, you will gain insight into how these diseases come in to our lives and how they can be resolved. Using yoga and meditation, practical healing food prep demos in conjunction with nutrition and lifestyle seminars, participants will acquire a solid foundation to commence the natural healing process or to use these skills and knowledge in partnership with conventional treatment methods. You will be inspired in a new way of living whether you suffer from these conditions or are one of the people who support someone suffering. Rest assured that food served during this weekend will absolutely work towards building health. Meghan and Josh work together to inspire change through the use of light-hearted humour, groundedness and a truly genuine and contagious passion for healthy living, without losing site of realistic day-to-day living.
