Mississauga (Near Burnhamthorpe and Erin Mills Pkw) This is a three hour class for those who want to experiment with vegan cooking. You don’t have to be a vegan, but having a vegan meal once in a while can be fun, as well as healthy. You will get some background information on the benefits of a vegan diet, then you can experience hands-on vegan cooking. At the end of the class participants will sit down to a delicious vegan lunch that they created.
