In the relaxed and inspiring setting of an original artist's loft, you will have the opportunity to play in the kitchen, make great food, learn about health and nutrition, and ask questions. The classes begin with a brief informative discussion and demonstration relating to the theme of the class. Participants will then select the recipe they want to cook and working in partners, we get to work. Once the cooking is done, we sit down together to enjoy the amazingly delicious and healthful meal.
